Once a bet is confirmed on crownbd, it cannot be cancelled or modified — the only exception is using the Cash Out option to partially or fully cash out under specific conditions. Always review all details carefully before confirming a bet.
If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. The same applies to suspended events that are not played within crownbd's specified timeframe.
If a user's betting pattern appears unusual, crownbd reserves the right to investigate the matter. Should there be evidence of match fixing or any other illegal activity, the account will be permanently closed.
